If on the off chance should you not be satisfied with any of the products please follow the following steps and procedures so Chilli Direct can deal with the problem or issue.
1. Please email all information requested below to email@example.com with the subject "RETURN" and "ORDER NUMBER".
2. In the email, please explain what is the problem is clearly including date, time and the delivers name or serial number, also for example you received the goods damaged and so on.

3. Take digital images of the faulty product which is important etc
4. Was the parcel open?, again images are important.
Once Chilli Direct receives all the information, Chilli Direct will then would be in a position to take a decision or how best to solve this issue. If the package was damaged or received open then Chilli Direct will investigate further with the courier service Chilli Direct uses, which will take a little longer to resolve.
If none of the above information is not furnished correctly, Chilli Direct cannot entertain the complaint and Chilli Direct will not liable to accept returns.
